Return & Refund Policy
At Pure Aam, we are committed to delivering the highest quality GI-certified Ratnagiri Alphonso mangoes. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we follow a strict return and refund policy.
1. Quality Guarantee
If your mangoes arrive damaged, over-ripe, or not up to the GI standard, please notify us via WhatsApp at +91 70198 38992 within 2 hours of delivery. You must provide clear photos of the damaged fruit and the original box.
2. Replacements
In cases of transit damage or quality issues, we will provide a 100% free replacement in our next shipping cycle. If a replacement is not possible due to season closure, we will issue a full refund for the affected fruit.
3. No Returns
Due to food safety and health protocols, we do not accept physical returns of perishable food items. Please do not ship mangoes back to our orchards.
4. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 4 hours of being placed. Once the mangoes are harvested and packed for your specific order, cancellations are not permitted.
